Certification & Reporting
We recognize the importance of measuring and sharing our sustainability performance. In 2024, we successfully started our Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) Double Materiality Assessment (DMA), marking the first phase of our journey toward full CSRD compliance. Moving forward, we will refine our policies and key performance indicators.

Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct of Anvil Industries is a guideline that reflects the norms and values of our organization. It serves as a guide for all our employees and business partners to act ethically and responsibly. By strictly adhering to the Code of Conduct, we promote honesty, respect, and compliance with laws and regulations within our operations.

At Anvil Industries, quality is of great importance. This is why we have embraced a comprehensive Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. This standard specifies the requirements an organization must meet to consistently provide products and services that satisfy customer expectations and comply with applicable laws and regulations. This standard outlines an Environmental Management System that helps our organization develop and implement an appropriate environmental policy. Compliance, laws, and regulations
Compliance is an important part of our corporate policy. Adherence to laws and regulations, and the monitoring thereof, are ensured by the people in our organization with the support of our processes and systems. Additionally, the choice of materials is also important. Within this framework, there are several directives and regulations within the EU.
RoHS Declaration
Anvil Industries Holding B.V. complies with Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) and Directive (EU) 2015/863 (RoHS 3) regarding the restriction of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
The RoHS (Restriction of use of certain Hazardous Substances) is a European directive aimed at limiting the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. The substances within the directive may only be present in electrical and electronic equipment if they remain below the specified maximum concentration (by weight percentage) of the homogeneous material as listed below:

· Cadmium (0.01%)
· Hexavalent Chromium (0.1%)
· Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBBs) (0.1%)
· Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDEs) (0.1%)
· Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (0.1%)
· Butyl Benzyl Phthalate (BBP) (0.1%)
· Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) (0.1%)
· Diisobutyl Phthalate (DIBP) (0.1%)
REACH Declaration
Anvil industries Holding B.V. declares that it fully complies with the REACH Regulation (EC No. 1907/2006), including the most recent updates of the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) as published by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
As a producer of semi-finished products and assemblies without intentional release of substances, we are not subject to registration under REACH. Nevertheless, we actively monitor REACH compliance within our supply chain to ensure that our products do not contain substances from the SVHC list in a concentration of more than 0.1% (w/w), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that all materials we use comply with the applicable REACH regulations. Where applicable, our products also comply with the restrictions as laid down in Annex XVII of REACH.
Conflict Minerals Declaration
The Conflict Minerals (CM) Regulation imposes due diligence obligations on EU importers of certain minerals or metals from conflict-affected and high-risk areas, aiming to stop the financing of armed groups in developing countries.
The Regulation specifically applies to EU importers of minerals or metals containing tin, tantalum, tungsten, or gold (commonly referred to as 3TG), if the annual imported volume per relevant mineral or metal exceeds the volume thresholds established by the Regulation. Although the Regulation does not directly apply to Anvil Industries Holding B.V., we endorse its objectives and have informed our suppliers about conflict minerals. We request them to fulfill their obligations and provide a written declaration upon request. Upon request, we provide relevant information to our stakeholders.
